What is mentorship?
It’s community.
Once a week, Elite Piano Teachers meet as a group. Susi leads discussion on whatever the week has brought—a growth curve, a difficult parent conversation, the always-evolving topic of neurodiversity in students. When you’re learning, you’re growing; when you’re growing, you’re the best teacher you can be.
It’s accountability.
Mentorship is on-call. As your studio ebbs and flows, Susi works with you one-on-one—as often as needed—to make sure belief is forming, tasks are getting done, and skills are developing, both technical and social.
It’s growth.
A library of video instruction anchors the program, covering every phase of studio ownership: starting out, working with parents, child development and readiness, advanced technique for beginners, note-reading and ear-training, recital preparation, practice guidelines, chart-logging, and policy-making.
It’s wisdom, shared.
Why reinvent the wheel? Thirty-plus years of running a studio, passed down as documents, templates, class outlines, PDFs, signs, and website copy—so the “ugh” parts of running a business are already done for you.
What Does It Cost?
Mentorship packages start at $2,500 for a six-month period. Every teacher’s situation is different, so payment plans and details are worked out individually.
